Exercises with a Gym Ball

For the leg bridge, lie on your back with your legs resting on the gym ball. Press the ball down with your legs as you lift your hips, spine, back, and shoulder blades off the floor, one segment at a time. Be careful to keep your pelvis balanced throughout the movement. Lower yourself slowly, starting from your shoulder blades.
