Nana, a member of the K-pop group After School, recently showcased her no-bra fashion. Nana posted several photos on her Instagram, revealing her current look where she wore a sleeveless top without a bra.

Nana is among the growing number of celebrities confidently embracing the no-bra trend. Shin Ji-min, formerly of AOA, also shared a photo of herself in a sleeveless top without a bra. Sandara Park from 2NE1 expressed positive views on no-bra fashion, emphasizing it as a matter of personal preference.

In Korea, most women consider wearing a bra as essential, and the no-bra choice is not always viewed favorably. However, there are various health benefits to not wearing a bra.

This prolonged tension can stiffen surrounding muscles, causing muscle fatigue and potentially leading to shoulder or back pain and indigestion.

Moreover, going braless prevents skin irritation by keeping pores unclogged. Especially in hot weather, wearing a bra can create a humid environment, trapping sweat and oil, which can clog pores and cause skin inflammation. Reducing bra-wearing time is beneficial for breast health. For those experiencing significant chest tightness, taking off the bra at home or while sleeping can be helpful.

When wearing a bra, it is essential to do so correctly. First, place the straps over your shoulders and, holding the bottom of the bra, bend forward to fit your breasts into the cups. Adjust the bra's position and fasten the hook. After fastening, gently shake the straps to settle your breasts into the cups.

Then, stand upright and press the cup edges, pulling the side and upper breast tissue into the cups. Finally, adjust the strap positions to ensure comfort, check for any wrinkles in the wing area, and make sure the bra does not move significantly when raising or lowering your arms.
