설명
An atypical antipsychotic agent (or secondgeneraion antipsychotic). Clozapine has relatively high effectiveness in Schizophreniacompared to other agent and also has least profiles of adverse effect. However,it is employed as in second-line because of rare (0.5-1%) but can-be-fatalanaemia (agranulocytosis).
